Technology Reflection

Yesterday at Technology me and my group (Group 2) Got to learn so much im not going to say much because my whole reflection is up the top over there, I hope you enjoy my Technology Reflection!

New Zealand Census

This week Tamaki Primary learnt about New Zealand Census day which is a national ocasion that only happens every 5 years and this years Census was on Tuesday 6th of March 2018, I thought that this lesson was fun because I got to learn about Census and I had no idea what that even was until this week, as you can see at the top in the google drawing it shows us things like what the population is and what cultures do we have in New Zealand, Read the google drawing to find out more.

PB4L - Toilets

Tamaki Primary students have been learning how to be sensible while going to the toilets. 

In this PB4L (positive behaviour 4 learning) lesson we learnt how to walk sensibly to the toilets and back and also how to take care of the toilets.

Something I liked about this lesson is that we learnt that silly things are still happening in the toilets and such things like that, another thing I liked about today is learning how we can do things like care for the things in there like toilet paper and the toilets them selves, hope you enjoy!

Mary Jane - Hauora Task/ Te Whare Tapa Wha

As you can see we have the 4 walls of self also known as Hauora or Te Whare Tapa Wha, I thought that this task was interesting because i really had to think about how I care for all four walls and what I can do to improve these four walls of self.

Something I think I did well was try my best to think of what I do well with my four walls of self and what I can work on, this wasn't the easiest or funniest task but it was still enjoyable because I did get to make a goal for myself and I also learnt more about myself as well.  

Mary Jane - Bio Poem

In the past few week we have been doing things like bio poems, bio poems are small/short sentences to describe a person or thing as you can see I have my poem up the top there its shows such things as my strengths, what I feel and love and when im happy etc that is how the bio poem is supposed to be laid out as.

I really enjoyed this activity because I really had to think for this and make sure I used the right words and I also wanted to make sure I could describe myself the best way as possible, I also really liked this task because it was fun to get to know other people and what they would like.

Something I think I did well was writing the correct words and describing myself because I think I did a very good job at that and I hope you enjoy my blog post.   

PAT Maths Reflection

Here is my first PAT maths test reflection, Everything you need to know is up there, I think I have done good in my maths test because I did try I might not have tried as hard as I wanted but I have finished and I am happy with what I have done and things like that I hope you enjoy my DLO and my Maths Reflection 

Technology Reflection Lesson 3 - Sketch Models

Today at Technology we learnt many things how to use Plasticine and how to do things like sketch models, size, slope, support, and shape base which were all very important to make this phone stand.

I thought that this was very fun to do the creating before the actual drawing and I also really like it because I really got to think of what I wanted and I just really loved doing this and also because I liked playing with the plasticine and with all the tools we got to use as well.

Something I did well today was I think listening and trying my hardest even though it was fun to do the creating before the drawing but it was also really hard and I think I did pretty well with this and as I said trying my best because I have never really handled this type of clay/material before but I did really try my best and things like that.

Something I think I need to work on is to finish things faster so I can have more then one design and maybe next time have a better idea because I just rolled it and make a line in it and things like that and I think another thing I need to work on is to finish my blogging faster and technology that way I don't have to worry about it later on and things like that.
